Qu\u2019elles \u00e9taient nos priorit\u00e9s avant le confinement, et quelles le\u00e7ons en avons-nous tir\u00e9es? Il est \u00e9vident que plusieurs aspects de notre vie retourneront \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient avant, mais que devrions-nous retenir des derniers mois? Voici quelques habitudes \u00e0 changer pour 2020!<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><br \/>Consommer locale<br \/><\/strong><br \/>Quand on demande autour de nous quelle est la premi\u00e8re le\u00e7on que le confinement nous a apprise, un bon nombre diront que c\u2019est l\u2019importance de consommer locale. \u00c0 travers la peur de manquer de ressources durant la pand\u00e9mie, nous avons pu remarquer qu\u2019un bon nombre de nos produits pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s et leurs chaines d\u2019approvisionnement d\u00e9pendant du transport, des ressources outremer et de l\u2019ouverture des fronti\u00e8res. Avec la surcharge de commandes en ligne et le surplus de colis \u00e0 livrer, plusieurs ont d\u00fb prendre l\u2019habitude d\u2019acheter locale pour trouver ce qu\u2019ils cherchaient. Dans le processus, un bon nombre ont sans doute d\u00e9couvert de nouvelles entreprises de chez nous avec de superbes produits.<\/p>\r\n<p>Maintenant, il est important de continuer \u00e0 garder cette habitude et d\u2019encourager les petites entreprises autour de nous, donnant ainsi une chance \u00e0 tous de r\u00e9ussir!<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><br \/>R\u00e9duire son temps d&#8217;utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux<br \/><\/strong><br \/>Plusieurs semaines pass\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux vous ont probablement appris \u00e0 quel point ceux-ci peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9fastes pour votre bonheur. Cette p\u00e9riode de repos, durant laquelle ces canaux de communication \u00e9taient privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s pour rester en contact avec le monde ext\u00e9rieur, vous a sans doute fait voir tout sortes d\u2019opinions et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame que certaines personnes vous ont surprissent.<\/p>\r\n<p>Maintenant, vous faites sans doute une \u00e9coeurantite des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et de ce qu\u2019ils apportent. Entourez-vous de positif, profitez de la vraie vie, dehors, et vous aurez d\u00e9sormais une t\u00eate plus calme et plus repos\u00e9e!<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><br \/>Profiter davantage de son temps en famille<br \/><\/strong><br \/>Les nombreuses semaines pass\u00e9es sans voir nos amis et notre famille nous ont fait r\u00e9aliser que passer du temps avec les autres, \u00e7a n\u2019a pas de prix.
