Green Tea and Fruit Smoothie

Need a little boost? Here’s a delicious vanilla soy drink smoothie recipe. A good source of protein is a great way to treat yourself to a small dose of energy!

Ingredients

1 to 2 green tea bags
125 ml (1/2 cup) boiling water
Sugar to taste
1 cup vanilla soy beverage
1 cup raspberries
10 strawberries
6 ice cubes

Preparation

Steep the tea for 5 minutes, in boiling water.
Remove the tea bags from the water and let cool.
Pour the tea into the electric blender.
Add the other ingredients and mix.
